Every Wednesday AFRICAN EXCURSIONS explores the true taste of Africa with four diverse and authentic dishes, from Addis Ababa to Dakar, Maputo to Dar es Salaam (via Mutoko and Gwanda!)  Wednesday 17 November explores Doro Wat & Dobo Kolo from Ethiopia, Mchicha & Poisson Yassa from Tanzania, and Chimukuyu neDovi & Mahewu from Zimbabwe (see details below).
