TUE 11, 8pm, HOPE MASIKE ne KAKUWE, a fresh fusion of traditional mbira music from gifted artists of the new generation.  Hope Masike clings to her first love, the mbira, lending the music the flavour of young, urban Zimbabwe.

WED 12, 8pm, MOKOOMBA - Tonga Beats hit Zim Streets!  Music Crossroads Winners from Victoria Falls, showing smoke in the capital!

FRI 07, 9.30pm, VICTOR KUNONGA & PEACE – Timeless originals, always in demand!  Taking Zimbabwe by storm with his unique style which defies labels, featuring soulful social commentary through the power of music. 

SAT 08, 6-8pm, DUDU MANHENGA & COLOR BLU – An Afro-jazz adventure! Special early-evening show for discerning music-lovers and early birds.

SAT 08, 10pm, REAL SOUNDS OF AFRICA – Rumba Giants from DRC wih a new dance -‘Fungola’!  

TUE 11, 8pm, BOB MARLEY Commemoration – BONGO LOVE share the stage with CRUCIAL MIX & various reggae artists to commemorate the late but always great reggae legend, Robert Nester Marley on this 29th  anniversary of his passing.  

WED 12, 6pm, Magamba presents a free Film Screening, ‘THE YES MEN’. – A small group of prankster-activists, gain worldwide notoriety for impersonating the World Trade Ordanisation on television and at business conferences around the world. The film begins when two members of The Yes Men, Andy and Mike, set up a website that mimics the World Trade Organisation’s and it’s mistaken for the real thing. They play along with the ruse and soon find themselves invited to important functions as WTO representatives. Delighted to present the organization they politically oppose, Andy and Mike don thrift-store suits and set out to shock unwitting audiences with darkly comic satire that highlights the worst aspects of global free trade. Documentary: 80mins. FREE, All welcome!

SAT 15, 3pm, Magamba presents MASHOKO!! – the Spoken Word Event: a combination of spoken-word poetry, hip-hop and live music to feed the mind and ease the soul.
