SAT 30, 5.30-7pm, ‘SO WHAT?’- afro traditional with some classic oldies and brand new originals!  Featuring lead singer and one of Zimbabwe’s few women bassists - Edith Katiji, with Tariro Ruzvidzo (guitar), Rumbi Tapfuma (congas) and Fatima Katiji (vocals), Ishe Jere (Keyb), and Aaron Kambilinga (drums).

WED 27, 6pm, FREE FILM SCREENING – ‘BRAD’ - When Mexican paramilitary forces shot Brad Will in the chest, killing him, his camera fell from his hands - but it didn’t stop recording. It continued moving from hand to hand, telling Brad’s story, as well as the story of the movement that he was a part of.  From the squats of New York to the forests of Oregon, from the anti-globalization projects in Seattle, Prague, and Quebec to the popular uprising in Oaxaca, Brad’s camera paints a picture of what his life was about, and what so many of his friends continue to struggle for.  Directed by Miguel Castro.  Courtesy of Magamba.
